Roles & Responsibility:
Manage and optimize the P/L of the product & services portfolio.
Develop pricing models and strategy to meet profitability goals.
Develop the core positioning and messaging for all products and services.
Break down the company strategy into a project plan and tangible tasks, both in terms of products and geographical location.
Define the product strategy and roadmap.
Manage the Product Life Cycle.
Ongoing competitor analysis expert in the competition and their services.
Ongoing analysis of quality, competitiveness, business fit and operational fit of products and Services.
Deliver clear written product requirements with prioritization and justification.
Develop business cases for new product and service development and/or enhancement.
Projects manage the development and launch of new products and services.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships, licensing opportunities and acquisitions in order to grow the company.
A strong and experienced new product and service development specialist with good strategic, sales and marketing skills.
An ability to think strategically about the portfolio and to develop a real understanding of customer needs.
Proven experience in understanding customer needs and translating this into successful new products.
Identifying and developing routes to market.
Building business cases to support new product development.
Able to manage forecasting and budgets together with an understanding of product profitability measures.
Good project management skills and able to work across teams and to manage deadlines within a range of conflicting priorities.
Considerable ability to persuade and influence and maintain positive and effective relationships across the organization.
Excellent communications skills and a high level of IT literacy.
