CIRCLE HEAD (SALES & MARKETING)

Roles & Responsibility:
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Preparing and completing action plans for the assigned Circle.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances.
Initiating corrective actions for the circle.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for circles.
Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results.
Establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Drive the sales and marketing function at the circle with the objective of maximizing business and minimal or zero disputes.
Build and manage relationships with the key stakeholders in the Operator companies Achievement of Sales, Revenue and Collections as per pre-defined and agreed targets.
Ensure Brand Compliance and manage Externalities.
Provides quality leadership for the organizations internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding the Values at all times.
Achieves the circles revenue and profitability quotas for Swash's products as they are sold into all customer segments within the circle.
Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to Swash customers.
Directs the selling activities within the circle, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
Leads the Sales teams and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
Responsible for the circles forecasting and sales tracking. Sets the vision for the circle and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of circle sales and profitability.
Disseminate information to circle sales team, corporate marketing and sales operations.
Proven leadership skills.
Supervisory or management experience, preferably of a sales staff.
Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
Strong closing skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses a plus.
Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel.
