Roles & Responsibility:
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate learning and development programs.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs for the effective utilization and development of the organization's team members.
Provides direction to group as well as entire organization on effective learning and development initiatives.
Ensures adherence to applicable government regulations. Ensures that organization and development goals are in the best interest of the organization.
Conducts research, develop, implementation and maintenance of learning and development programs for the organization.
Responsible for developing and conducting internal management and non-technical training programs.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
