Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • To handle Implementation Partner’s recruitment & then on-board process.
  • To handle all the team of IP & will be reporting to ACM.
  • To drive IP recruitment & other activity assigned by Circle Head.
  • To initiate all the marketing activity defined by Circle Head.
  • To take care of Annual recruitment target of Implementation Partner.
  • Team Management/ Team Development

Candidate Profile:

  • To identify, analyze and push enterprise offerings of SWASH in different corporates.
  • To build and create continued relations with the corporate clients.
  • To identify, promote and build enterprise clients.
  • To consult enterprise clients and build BOQ and other elements for closure of service.
  • To manage, motivate and ensure delivery of necessary targets and benchmarks of the company from the team and self.
