Roles & Responsibility:
To handle Channel Distributors and Implementation Partner’s Recruitment & Development part.
To handle all the team of CDM & will be reporting to Circle Head.
To see partly administration job of the circle assigned by Circle Head.
To initiate all the marketing activity defined by Circle Head.
To take care of Annual IP recruitment & CD Appointment as well as partly the Revenue Target.
Team Management/ Team Development.
Head, nurture and mentor a team of, channel develop managers, sales executives and add value to team member’s growth.
Develop revenue streams and achieve branch sales target.
New client acquisition.
Experience: 4 - 7 years
Area Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Planning, Software Sales, Software Marketing, Sales Forecasting, Sales & Distribution, Sales Promotion.
Bangalore, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Assam, UP, Delhi
